Well natnat.. I can believe that it has helped him sustain his current weight or reduce the rate at which he was increasing his weight. Eating certain types of food may result in a decrease in your weight but it wouldn't completely change your shape as claimed. Subway is far healthier than BK, KFC, or any other cheap junk food place you mentioned. However, one can not claim that subway is offering us the best we can get. Personally speaking, I love to eat my own food and I don't care if that makes me fat or slim. Just to follow up about this subway thingy, I have a friend of mine who has been eating exclusively subway for the past 2 years. She's still as chubby as she was before starting this subway thingy. deppends also verry much on his fitness, coz if he eat it and started to train or increased his training dos, then it's compleatly possible, coz then his body's burning is increased, plus it's probably more healthy than other fastfood if it's not fried (i don know, coz i'v never eaten at that place...)

yesterday i bought a new magasine and read this story: every night this girl would go chill with her friends at the mall beside her place and once she bought a lotery ticket( her first lotery ticket ever ) and won 50 box in it. her and her friends knew the guy that worked at the cash very well for a couple of years, a few days ago she bought another ticket and she won the jackpot!! she was so exited that she yelled in the store that she won the jackpot! so when the guy at the cash, the one they knew heard her he snatched the ticket out of her hand and said you only won 100$ he was trying to scam her but he didnt get out with it and got caught by the cops a few days later. nat

one day we got our carpet shampooed and it was all raked so that it all lay one way. then the carpet guy my mom and i all left throught the kitchen door. when we got home later there was a line of footprints leading to my room(wich is not in the direction of the kitchen) but instead of a set it was just one foot like someone had hopped! i was freaked so was my mom she told me that i used to have an imaginary friend and when she's asked me what the friend looked like i'd said she has black hair blue eyes and one leg



i had just moved into this house in maine that is over 100 years old, many people say that it's haunted. one night tge stars were really bright so everyone went stargazing. i decided to go home early, and when i was walking back to the house i saw this dog that seemed trasnparent. it was sitting on a big rock irght next to my house, looking out to the road. the next day i went to lunch with my
mom and the man who lived in the house before us. we were looking at pitcutres, and one of them was of a dog that looked like the one on the rock! i didnt even have to ask questons, because right when he saw it he said, oh! that was my dog, abby. she used to love to sit on the big rock next to the house and look out onto the road.
